Our company was founded in 1783 and is now in the 7th generation of family ownership. Over time, we have developed from the original village blacksmith into today’s metal construction and mechanical engineering company.

OUR HISTORY:
| 1783 | In 1783 a village blacksmith shop began on the property at Marktplatz 3 in Weidenbach. |
| 1957 | Construction of a new workshop on the property at Marktplatz 4. Metal construction, metalworking, sales and repair of agricultural machinery. |
| 1973 | Development and construction of the first flame-burning device for thermal weed control for agriculture. Production starts after successful test runs. |
| 1975 | Construction of a new company building on the Marktplatz 9 property. |
| 1978 | Development and production of flame devices for thermal weed control for private, commercial and municipal use. |
| 1992 | Martin Reinert takes over and manages the company. |
| 2004 | In 2004, Inez Reinert joined the company in the marketing department. |
| 2008 | Takeover and further development of the BÜFFEL meadow care device for removing wild boar damage on meadows and pastures. |
| 2009 | Transformation of the sole proprietorship into Reinert Metallbau GmbH. |
| 2018 | hopfenFLAMM. Market launch of the new special flame device for hop cultivation. |
| 2019 | Move into a new company building at Weidenpark with a total area of 5,040 m². |
| 2021 | varioFLAME. Market launch of the new special flame device for fruit and wine growing. |
